Alphagan reduces the amount of fluid in the eye, which decreases pressure inside the eye. Alphagan ophthalmic (for the eyes) is used to treat open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension (high pressure inside the eye).

Betapace is used to treat a serious (possibly life-threatening) type of fast heartbeat called sustained ventricular tachycardia. Combigan Ophthalmic Solution is a prescription medicine used for the treatment of pressure in the eyes (ocular hypertension) and glaucoma. It works by decreasing the pressure of fluid in the eye (aqueous humor), which helps in lowering the increased eye pressure.

Generic Enablex reduces muscle spasms of the bladder and urinary tract. Generic Enablex is used to treat symptoms of overactive bladder, such as frequent or urgent urination, and incontinence (urine leakage).

Fluoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) antidepressant. The way this medicine works is still not fully understood. It is thought to positively affect communication between nerve cells in the central nervous system and/or restore chemical balance in the brain. Fluoxetine is used to treat major depressive disorder, bulimia nervosa (an eating disorder) obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). This combination is also used to treat depression after at least 2 other medications have been tried without successful treatment of symptoms.
